El Pollo was created with chicken in mind. Strong paprika and garlic with a scotch bonnet heat, this spice rub will elevate your wing night to new heights. Seriously this rub was the deciding factor for the winner in the annual Dr Ged's Wing Day, 2023 and 2024. (Unfortunately it wasn't me that cooked those wings, but I still feel I win by proxy).

Suggested use;
Mix equal parts flour and spice rub as a dry mix
Mix flour, water and “Dr Ged’s Original Hot Sauce” as a wet mix
Place chicken in the wet mix, then coat in the dry mix and cook until piping hot and juices run clear.
