Seriously this rub was the deciding factor for the winner in the annual Dr Ged's Wing Day, 2023 and 2024. (Unfortunately it wasn't me that cooked those wings, but I still feel I win by proxy).

Suggested use;

Mix equal parts flour and spice rub as a dry mix

Mix flour, water and “Dr Ged’s Original Hot Sauce” as a wet mix

Place chicken in the wet mix, then coat in the dry mix and cook until piping hot and juices run clear.
